Clinical Supervision
The right supervisor changes what supervision can be. There's a difference between someone who signs your hours and someone who actually challenges you, gets the complexity of the work, and doesn't flinch when you bring the hard stuff. If you want supervision that takes your growth seriously and reflects the reality of your caseload, you're in the right place.

When You're Doing It All and Still Wondering If It's Enough. Iβm here.
You became a therapist because you wanted to help people, not because you wanted to spend your evenings catching up on paperwork, managing chaotic schedules, and feeling like youβre always one crisis away from losing it.
Sometimes your caseload may be too full (or not full enough). Often the systems you work in arenβt built to support you or your sustainability. You may even find yourself spending more time chasing down clients than actually counseling them.
Maybe youβre working with high-risk clients without the resources you need, unsure when to break confidentiality, or stuck navigating other ethical dilemmas that donβt have black and white answers.
Maybe you feel an urgency to fix problems that require complex solutions, like supporting kids whose parents wonβt engage, or clients whose basic needs arenβt met because of flawed systems.
Youβre navigating real human lives. and sometimes, no amount of training feels like enough.
And letβs not forget about what youβve sacrificed.
You put in the hours, got the education, and have poured out your heart, but your pay, your schedule, and compromised boundaries donβt always reflect this hard work.
Maybe youβre even wondering if you should leave your current job. Dreaming of something that feels more aligned, but stuck in fear. Fear of instability, fear of disappointing clients, or fear that the unknown might be worse.
If youβre questioning whether this career can work for youβ¦
If your family doesnβt get why youβre working so hard for so littleβ¦
If the dream of helping people has been swallowed up by burnout, confusion, or fear of βmessing it upβ...
Youβre not alone.
Supervision is where we explore the complexity of the profession, our clients, ourselves., and an imperfect system.
You deserve supervision that is honest, collaborative, and real. uncertainties, burnout, big emotions, and all Are Welcome Here.
I believeβ¦
Iβm Randi.
Iβm a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) and Certified Professional Counselor Supervisor (CPCS) in Georgia, with two decades of experience in therapy, supervision, and leadership.
My work started in supporting youth in foster care and women navigating reentry from incarceration, which shaped my understanding of trauma, systemic barriers, and resilience. Since then, Iβve gained experience in schools, homes, inpatient settings, private practice, and community mental health. I bring that real-world perspective into every supervision conversation.
If youβre fresh out of grad school, returning after a break, or making a career shift, youβre absolutely welcome here. I know those first steps into (or back into) clinical work can feel overwhelming. My goal is to meet you with warmth, clarity, and a healthy dose of βyouβve got this.
Already licensed? The For Clinicians space is where career consultation, post-licensure community, leadership support, and upcoming CE offerings live. Find out what's available here.
What Supervisees Are Saying
Real voices. Real growth. Real support
My approach
My integrative supervision model is grounded in the Discrimination Model and the Multicultural & Social Justice Counseling Competencies. That means weβll work from multiple angles. Sometimes Iβll teach, sometimes Iβll consult, and sometimes Iβll help you explore how the work is impacting you as a human.
Weβll develop your:
Intervention Skills β What you do in the room
Conceptualization Skills β How you understand your clients
Personalization Skills β How your identity, values, and experiences shape your work
Professional Behaviors β Boundaries, ethics, and sustainable practice
And we wonβt avoid the tough stuff.
Whether itβs suicidal ideation, crisis response, or working with severe and persistent mental illness, Iβve been there. Iβll help you build confidence in navigating those moments. Weβll talk safety planning, documentation, clinical instincts, and how to stay grounded when things get heavy.
All of this happens through a lens of cultural awareness and social justice. Weβll explore client worldviews, your own self-awareness, the therapeutic relationship, and how to be both a clinician and an advocate.
Supervision shouldnβt be cookie-cutter. Supervision here is collaborative, values-driven, and will evolve with you.
Real-word therapy isnβt always Neat. Supervision shouldnβt pretend it is.
Things weβll work on
Burnout & Balance
Letβs talk sustainability. Weβll examine what healthy boundaries look like for your clients and you, and how to build a career that doesnβt drain the life out of you.
Competency
Weβll strengthen your foundation, diagnosis, documentation, interventions, and treatment planning, without losing compassion for the human in front of you.
Case consultation
Weβll go deeper than symptoms to understand the full story, attachment, systems, identity, values, and trauma, so you can see the whole picture, not just the diagnosis.
ND Affirming
Learn how to support neurodivergent clients with nuance and respect. Weβll discuss executive functioning, masking, and creative accommodations to support your clients, their loved ones, and maybe even you.
Ethics & Boundaries
Real-world ethics arenβt always clear-cut. Weβll explore ethical decision-making, power dynamics, cultural humility, and how to navigate gray areas with confidence.
Therapist Identity
This work is personal. Weβll unpack how your identity, values, experiences, and emotions show up in the room, and how to stay grounded as you grow.

CLinical supervision questions
-
I offer supervision to those who have graduated with a Masterβs degree that is license eligible, pre-licensed, and associate-licensed therapists in Georgia working toward their LPC.
Many of the folks I work with are expanding their skills to better support neurodivergent clients, especially those navigating ADHD, AuDHD, or executive functioning challenges. Whether you're diving into the nuances of assessment, family support, or neurodivergent-affirming care, I offer a space where we can explore it all. Together.
-
Supervision toward licensure is state-specific. I provide supervision only within Georgia, in alignment with Georgia licensure requirements and CPCS standards.
-
Everything from case conceptualization and ethics to imposter syndrome, burnout, and the emotional weight of the work. We can dive into trauma, anxiety, attachment, neurodivergence (ADHD, AuDHD), crisis care, boundary-setting, or systems-level challenges-including family work.
-
Supportive, collaborative, and grounded in real-world experience. I blend structure with flexibility, offering honest feedback, encouragement, and curiosity-driven exploration. Youβll leave our time feeling both seen and stretched.
Weβll dig into your cases, examining presenting issues, history, identity, and whatβs helped (or hasnβt). Weβll consider ethics, clinical instincts, and system dynamics as we map a path forward. And weβll always zoom out to help you apply what youβre learning across clients, not just the one in front of you.
I also love sharing resources. Sometimes itβs a new modality, client handout, or time-saving strategy for your workflow.
-
Both! Individual supervision is available year-round, and I offer groups when spots are open. Group is a great way to learn with others, normalize the struggle, and feel less alone in the work.
-
Yes and yes. Georgia allows all LPC supervision hours to be completed virtually. That flexibility allows you to get the support you need without commuting, which saves time, reduces burnout, and keeps you connected to a supervisor who actually fits, not just someone nearby.
Virtual supervision also models the same tools and platforms your clients may use, helping you build confidence with tech-based therapy. And no, none of the depth, connection, or real-talk gets lost on screen.
-
Yes! Iβm a Certified Professional Counselor Supervisor (CPCS) in Georgia and can provide all required supervision hours for those pursuing their LPC. I can also supervise some hours for LMFTs and LCSWs, just reach out and we can confirm what applies to your path.
-
Absolutely. The licensure process in Georgia can feel overwhelming. Thereβs a lot of paperwork, fine print, and moving pieces. I help supervisees stay organized, review required forms, and understand board expectations. While I canβt guarantee licensure, Iβve helped over 30 clinicians successfully get their LPC, including many who felt stuck or discouraged along the way. You donβt have to navigate it alone.
-
It might feel easiest to choose someone you already know or whoβs connected to your job, but supervision is more than just logging hours. This is where you grow your voice as a clinician, deepen your confidence, and learn how to navigate the messy, human parts of this work. You deserve more than a βcheck the boxβ experience. You deserve support that aligns with your values and challenges you to grow. Even post-licensure, you donβt have to wing it alone. I can also step in as a secondary supervisor if you need a fresh perspective.
-
Prices are for 1 hour duration per person, but session length can vary based on need.
