What are your rates?

  • 20 minutes – Free
Let’s talk first. This is a no-pressure call to ask questions, talk through what you're looking for, and see if we're a good fit.

  • 90 minutes – $195

Our first session is longer so we can get to know each other and begin to make sense of what’s been weighing on you. You don’t need to have all the answers. We’ll start where you are.

  • Consistent standard sessions are where we build momentum and work together to create insight, relief, and real-life change.

    • 55 minutes – $150

For clients who benefit from more time in a single session, extended sessions are available. These are simply longer versions of regular therapy sessions and can be scheduled as needed.

    • 75 minutes – $185–$190

    • 90 minutes – $225

    • 120 minutes – $300

  • In some cases, structured written reflection, guided prompts, or limited asynchronous support may be appropriate.

Details and pricing are discussed individually to allow creativity and flexibility in meeting your needs. I’m always excited to try new things.

  • 30 minutes – $65
For clients who’ve already done deeper work and just need a quick check-in, reset, or refocus. We’ll decide together if this is the right fit for where you are now.

  • In addition to weekly and extended sessions, I offer structured Therapy Intensives for clients seeking focused, immersive work over a defined period of time.

    Options include:

    • 90- or 120-minute deep-dive sessions

    • Multiple sessions per week over a short-term window

    • 2–3 hour immersion sessions

    • Short-term “momentum blocks”

Intensives include intentional planning and preparation and are offered at premium rates due to the depth and structure involved.
If you’re curious whether this format may be appropriate, we can discuss it during your session or consultation.

  • I offer reduced-rate spots (not sliding scale) when available. These are for clients navigating financial strain like job loss or temporary instability. These are typically set for 2–3 months. If this is something you need, let’s talk.

  • I do not accept insurance, but I can provide a superbill for potential out-of-network reimbursement. I also do not accept Medicare and will require clients to sign a private payer agreement opting of using Medicare coverage prior to beginning services.

You’re welcome to use an HSA or FSA card for sessions.

Frequently asked questions About

Ongoing Individual Therapy

  • Therapy frequency is flexible and determined collaboratively based on your goals, capacity, and season of life.

For some clients, meeting once per week feels steady and sustainable. In other seasons, meeting more than once per week can support momentum, accountability, and real-time responsiveness. For example, one session might focus on planning, skill-building, or mapping executive functioning needs, while another may be used to review implementation, troubleshoot barriers, and reinforce progress.

There are also times when meeting less frequently makes sense, particularly during maintenance phases or when integration is the primary focus.

We regularly reassess frequency together to ensure the rhythm of therapy supports your nervous system, learning style, and goals rather than feeling arbitrary or rigid.

  • Yes. Session length is flexible and can be adjusted as your needs evolve.

Some seasons may call for shorter, steady sessions focused on maintenance or integration. Other times, extended sessions can provide space to explore more complex themes, map executive functioning needs, build routines, or work through planning and implementation without feeling rushed.

In certain periods, we may also adjust both length and frequency to support momentum, accountability, or skill-building. For example, you might benefit from longer sessions during a transition, or combine increased frequency with targeted implementation work.

We revisit structure collaboratively to ensure the format supports your goals, capacity, and nervous system rather than remaining fixed out of habit.

  • Yes. Therapy frequency is flexible and determined collaboratively. During certain seasons, meeting more than once per week can help maintain continuity, strengthen accountability, support skill implementation, or respond more quickly to emerging challenges.

Increased frequency does not automatically constitute an intensive. We determine together whether adjusting length, frequency, or structure best supports your goals and capacity.

Frequently asked questions About

Extended Sessions & Therapy Intensives

  • An extended session is simply a longer version of regular therapy. It allows for more time in a single sitting without changing the overall structure of our work together.

An intensive, by contrast, is a more intentionally designed format. It involves focused planning around a specific theme or goal and may include preparation or structured reflection between sessions. Intensives are time-limited and collaborative in design, allowing for sustained attention without needing to pause and reorient week to week.

For clients who process deeply, need longer time to transition into meaningful work, or find it disruptive to stop mid-exploration, both formats can offer a more supportive rhythm.

  • Ongoing therapy can occur at a variety of frequencies depending on your needs. For some seasons, meeting once per week is appropriate. In others, meeting twice per week can support momentum, accountability, real-time responsiveness, or focused implementation work.

For example, one session may be used for planning, mapping executive functioning needs, or skill-building, while another may focus on reviewing implementation, troubleshooting barriers, and reinforcing progress.

Intensives offer a more immersive format, allowing us to stay with a topic longer without interruption. This can be helpful for clients who benefit from extended focus, reduced transitions, or a more contained period of deep work.

Some clients choose intensives when they want to dedicate time to learning about ADHD for the first time or in a new life stage, understanding executive functioning, building and practicing skills, strengthening communication strategies, or navigating a transition that feels especially challenging. The format allows for both learning and implementation follow-up within a shorter window.

  • Extended sessions can be helpful when initially starting therapy and wanting to build momentum.

They can also be particularly useful when mapping out needs related to executive functioning, routines, planning, or organizing toward specific goals. Having additional time allows us to explore barriers in depth, identify motivators, and think practically about implementation without feeling rushed.

For some individuals, extended sessions create space to settle in, fully explore a topic, and move toward integration within one meeting rather than carrying unfinished threads into the following week.

  • Extended sessions may be scheduled based on availability. Because they require longer blocks of time, advance planning is often helpful, but let’s be real, advanced planning can be a challenge.

We can use them occasionally when needed or more consistently during certain seasons. We determine together what rhythm supports your capacity and goals.

  • Not necessarily. Intensives require readiness for sustained focus and emotional engagement.

For some clients, shorter weekly sessions provide a steadier pace. For others, particularly those who experience strong momentum, difficulty re-engaging after pauses, or benefit from concentrated skill-building, an intensive format can feel more aligned.

We assess fit together to ensure the structure supports your nervous system and executive capacity rather than overwhelming it.

  • Intensives involve a larger upfront investment but provide concentrated time and sustained focus. For some clients, this allows for meaningful progress within a shorter window.

They are not inherently better than weekly therapy. They are simply structured differently. The most effective format is the one that aligns with your goals, capacity, and learning style.

Frequently asked questions About

Reflection & Support Between Sessions

  • In some cases, yes. Limited reflection-based support may be available depending on clinical fit and capacity.

  • Between-session support may include occasional messaging check-ins, sharing information about an event or topic that came up to discuss next session, or sharing celebrations and victories as they happen.

For some clients, this also includes light accountability support, such as sending a photo when starting a task, naming a goal for the week, or briefly noting progress or barriers in real time.

In other cases, support may take the form of structured written reflection with integrative feedback.

All between-session support is collaborative, time-limited, and agreed upon in advance. It is not real-time therapy or crisis support, but rather a way to maintain continuity, momentum, and connection between sessions when helpful.

  • No. This format is reflective and not intended for immediate problem-solving or crisis support.

  • This format allows you to submit written reflections between sessions, especially during seasons when speaking in real time is less accessible. I respond with integrative feedback that may include clarifying questions, highlighting themes, tracking relational patterns over time, or offering structured prompts to deepen exploration. All exchanges occur within agreed-upon limits and are documented as part of therapy.

  • Options range from occasional written reflections with therapist response to more structured monthly formats designed to support consistency and accountability. Depending on the structure chosen, this may include guided prompts, integrative feedback, theme tracking across time, and focused exploration of ongoing goals. We determine together what best fits your schedule, capacity, and therapeutic aims.
