People I Trust With

Your Care

Therapy is not meant to happen in isolation.

No single clinician can be the right fit for everyone.

This page reflects my belief that therapy is most effective when it is grounded in community, shared values, and flexibility. The colleagues listed here are people I know and trust, both professionally and personally. Each brings their own identities, lived experiences, areas of expertise, and ways of being in the therapy space. Those differences can matter deeply in the therapy process and may offer something that feels more aligned for you than what I provide.

There are also practical considerations. Licensing laws vary by state, and access can be limited by location or scope of practice. At times, the right support may be outside my practice, whether because I am not licensed where you live or because your needs fall outside what I offer. These are clinicians I trust to hold care with thoughtfulness and integrity. I encourage you to explore their work and trust your sense of what feels like the right fit.

The descriptions below are drawn from how each clinician talks about their own work, with light editing for clarity and length.
