Holiday Support Group

The holidays can stir up a lot - old roles, mixed emotions, guilt, or grief for the family you wish you had (or once had).
Whether you stay home, travel to family, or still don’t know what to do - the struggle is real. This small, therapist-led, virtual support group is for the ones who keep showing up, even when it hurts.

Group takes place 11/17/25 through 1/5/26 with a the week of 12/22/25 off.

Cost is $35 per session, with flexible payment options and one free group session.
